6 Week Program

This is an opportunity during your lunch hour to pause in your busy day and learn a new skill to help you relieve stress, increase your focus, get a better night’s sleep and other related benefits. You will be introduced to 3 different types of meditations and how to use them in your daily life. The 3 meditations are a mantra practice, chanting and a mala bead meditation.
