8 Week Program

Requirements:
Experienced the loss of a loved one (or someone close to them) by suicide 18+ years of age.

Group Description:
This group is intended to help those who have experienced the loss of a loved one to suicide. The group will offer participants the opportunity to work through the painful loss of suicide by:

• Learning how to keep your loved one(s) close and continue a relationship with them
• Meeting others who are left behind after suicide
• Sharing stories and experiences
• Participating in reflective activities to remember and honor your loved one
• Sharing and learning strategies to help manage grief and care for self
• Building hope and rebuilding through various therapeutic tools such as music, reflections, poems and writing
